Hi Im 15 and Ive had tinnitus for 6 months to listen to my iPod at full (We're talking about 100db +) for long periods of time, supported by 3 or 4 concerts I went to this time Ive got custom earplugs now on the highest noise suppression they sold (25db) for im wonder if I never use headphones again (I stopped as soon I noticed that I T) and use caps all the concerts I go to my hearing will remain for the rest of my life? Go deaf is something that really concerns me right now my hearing is fine Ive not noticed any problems with it and my T is not too bad it keeps me awake at night, but during the day is not noticeable

I developed tinnitus 22 years ago, my hearing has slowly declined over the years. I lost 90% hearing in one ear and about 40% in others. I wear hearing aids that helps a lot. Ringer never stops. After a year or two to get used to him and he wants to prevent you from sleeping. Good luck.
