Loud music and tinnitus?

So, I have tinnitus, mostly in my right ear. I went to many concerts, and much of the time I was very close to the speaker who was on the right side of my head. The only thing is that I have not received until several months after my last concert. Until I started taking Tramadol for pain medications head I have not noticed at all. Is it possible to obtain tinnitus months after going to a concert with loud music? Or Is it more likely that the drug caused my tinnitus? I know that loud music can cause ear damage, but would it make sense not to noted that several months later?

It may have been there before hand and it was not strong. Some drugs, unfortunately, have side effects that harm your hearing. Tinnitus would have remained stable recently, he might have become stronger and now as a result, it has become harder because of the medicine and the same could be said about hearing loss. Your best option is to see an ENT or audiologist when as possible.
