I RECEIVED THE FINDINGS OF THE PHYSICAL EVALUATION BOARD PROCEEDINGS.
THE FINDING IS “FIT’ AND THE RECOMENDED DISPOSITION IS “FIT TO RETURN FROM TEMPORARY RETIREMENT”
I HAVE BEEN PLACED ON TDRL DUE TO A SEIZURE DISORDER (NES)
I ALSO CARRY THE FOLLOWING DIAGNOSES:
- FIBROMYALGIA A CONDITION PRECIPITATED BY MY SEIZURE DISORDER.
-NEURO-CARDIOGENIC SYNCOPE WITH A MITRAL VALVE REGURGITATION.
-MENIERE’S DISEASE’S OR SYNDROME.
-THORACOLUMBAR SPINE STRAIN.
-MILD CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS.
-TINNITUS.
-HISTORY OF CLOSED HEAD TRAUMA WITH RESULTING HEADACHES AND MYALGYAS.
-POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER
