Is Ginkgo Biloba effective?
I went to see an ENT and he told me that Ginkgo Biloba may be effective for me to reduce stress. He thinks that maybe stress might be causing my TMJ and Tinnitus. I was just wondering if anyone has ever taken this and it helped in other ways? Like depression, or stress?

Well….he did. And….he is one of the best ENT’s around here. I’m sorry you find it hard to believe, but he said to try it. He was not, however, making a guarantee that it would work!

I have taken Ginkgo Biloba for 20 years and i take it for memory and
keeping the mind sharp.. It is a blood thinner also as i understand
You should really ask a Doctor, some of my Drs. think it is a waste
of money. so it is really how you feel about it but i have never heard of
it for stress. Look it up on the internet.
