Tinnitus Home Remedy

Remedy for Tinnitus?
Hi friends
Can anyone suggest me remedy for Tinnitus (humming / buzzing sound in ear). This complaint in my right ear is very disturbing for the last two years. I have already consulted ENT doctors and taken enough medicines but without any success. Is there any ayurvedic or homeo treatment or home remedies for Tinnitus if so please help.
No easy answers with this. There are so many causes of tinnitus it’s hard to know which one is responsible. Trial and error I suppose.
If it is due to stereo damage, there is little that can be done. There is apparently a device that can be worn to mask the noise – check with an audiologist. I heard that it was developed in Australia.
I fear homeopathic medicine is little more than a placebo. Deficiencies in zinc and magnesium can lead to tinnitus though, so supplements may help. I’m trying that right now.
Chronic blocking of the sinuses and middle-ear can cause it – get a doctor to sort this out if it is the case.
Do you clench or grind your teeth in your sleep? If so, get this addressed because the pressure will cause a ringing too.
Acupuncture may help but perhaps as a placebo.
If it is really bothering you, consider anti-depressants to overcome the negative thought cycles.
If you find an answer, let me know! Good luck.
