Tinnitus Injury

Tinnitus since march last year?
hi all, ive been suffering from tinnitus for over a year now, and was just wandering because there are many causes for it, which ones are easily treatable, the only possibly reasons for mine should be;
Head injury (took a small blow falling off a bike to my head)
Smoking (been in hotbox conditions most days even if not smoking)
Ear damage (wouldnt think possible due to not having mp3 loud like most other teens)
are these very treatable?
I think all can be treatable,you should see a doctor to know exactly what is causing it,and what you can do.
Small “tweaks” to your lifestyle can end your tinnitus permanently.
