Tinnitus problem? Help what to do?
So I’ve had this problem for around a year. I’m 15 by the way. I love music and listen to my iPod a Lot. And I never turn it up super loud either. Ive known people that had there headphones so Loud you could hear iy across the room. But mine is never super loud. For the lack if better words, I’d say light-medium loud, but like I said never too loud.a couple days Now I’ve been experiencing some weird problems. One, I love to lip sing and be energetic when listening to music. I know funny right. But yea when I’m listening, after I’m done, I have this weird vibrating sound in my ears but goes away in couple minutes. And at nights now for past 3-5 days i keep
Hearing this low frequency sound and it’s har sleep.
It usually happens when I’m in bed. Please help me. I have a mild tinnitus problem and I do believe that it’s caused by stress by school and idk if caffiene agrivates tinnitus because I’ve been drinking a lot of tea lately.
What could it be?
