Tinnitus Light Headed

Why this happens to my blood pressure?
I suffer more than two months with 24 / 7 light headed feelings pulsatile tinnitus. My pressure ranges from 100 to 118 in the fulcrum. But lately, I noticed that I could sit and go to the kitchen to get a glass of water and when I take my blood pressure again, it is 167. And then he goes down to about 110. It happens almost every time. Why should you do? It's not like I'm some kind of exercise is something small, like walking the stairs or simply go to the bathroom and return. Is this normal? And when I get up suddenly I feel faint and I'll fall but it only takes a few seconds. What could go with me?
blood pressure of everyone becomes higher when they do some kind of activity and returns to normal when they are at rest. I would not be terribly worried about it. When you get up suddenly and feeling ill, it is because your blood pressure is lower. This is what called orthostatic hypotension. Have someone take your blood pressure sitting and standing. You should discuss with your doctor.
