Should I be worried, go to the emergency room?

I’ve had a couple of afflictions for the past 2 weeks:
-Headaches, feeling of something being stuck in left side of throat
-Body aches
-Fluttering feeling in lower left abdomen, and sometimes whole abdomen. Sometimes pain.
-Irritated ears and tinnitus
-Feelings of weakness

Note: These symptoms are worse at night, and the appearance of these symptoms coincided with a an onset of strong anxiety. I have been getting less sleep because of the anxiety. Some appeared with a bad cold this Sunday Also, just recently these aches have been accompanied by sharp piercing pains in random parts of my body.

I would try some home remedies first! Take a pain reliever such as Advil or Aleve. If your throat is sore, you may want to try to gargle with warm salt water. This will clear up anything in your throat. You also may want to clean out your ears. Get some hydrogen peroxide (brown bottle) and pour a tiny bit in your ears to clean them out or dip Q tips in it to clean your ears.

I am not entirely sure what the fluttering feeling could be other than anxiety getting the best of you. I would say to just try to keep calm and relax as much as you can. Get plenty of rest, drink plenty of fluids, take some multivitamins.

I would say that if your sympoms get worse or continue for more than a couple of days to go see a doctor at a clinic.

Best of luck to you. Hope you feel better soon!
