What is the prognosis for cervical/ general dystonia?

Started with tinnitus, then neck pain called spondylosis, found I had a stroke, now the leg and arm muscles feel either stiff or uncontrolled…now called dystonia because my head turns sometimes uncontrolled painfully and I can’t predict when that will happen because of other body moment in a given day.
