Tinnitus Sore Ear
Ear Problem????????……?
the last week of so my ears are hurting me and they are blocked and every time i swallow my ears kinda crack i have pains in the kinda top of my ears i have tinnitus and it has got very loud and i have a sore throat alot the last month 
any ideas??
I have the same problem, but only in one ear. It is a blocked eustachian tube, which runs from the ear down to the back of the throat. I also have a sore throat and my tinnitus is much worse at the moment.
I find that the best thing to do is to try to yawn but with your mouth shut….funny, but it works to temporarily clear the blockage. Also to put a teaspoon of friars balsam in a bowl of very hot water and lean over it with a towel over your head to inhale the vapour….that , if repeated, is very good…………………….Am getting sick of mine now, so I may follow my own advice…..LOL xx Jane
