I start of by saying that im 13 and overweight and my grandpa has diabetes and i went the the doctors and got no answer. Ok in septemeber i got faint double vision in both eyes when watching tv. It happens when i focus on a small screen like my ipod touch and after that it lasts for 30 minutes. Then i got bells palsy 2 days later i got restless leg syndrome. In december i got alot of floaters. Then in june i got tinnitus. Note its not from noise damage because one ear ringed then a week later the other ear started having a faint static sound. I gave blood and my blood glucose was high in the morning.. Got testes for diabetes and i am kind of close to pre diabetes but its not. It high normal. My glucose was 6.6 after 2 hours and should be below 7.9 at 7.9 its pre diabetes and 11.1 is diabetes. So i dont have that then what in the world can be causing these unkown symtoms
You need to take control of your health now while you are young. Stop eating junk and don’t drink soda, even diet. The best way to know what is OK to eat is to think of how your great grandparents ate. They had no processed or packaged food. Everything came from the ground or the sea or from an animal. All that stuff is good for you. Junk, processed foods, canned/ packaged foods, diet foods, etc. are all poison. I’m 43 and when I was a kid, very few people were overweight and diabetes was something really old people got. Research healthy eating on the internet and take control of your diet because only you can choose what or what you don’t eat. You’re still young enough to turn it around. Good luck!
