Tinnitus Testosterone

Help, any idea what could be causing this? ?
I'm 20, I just returned from the blood of these results, and my doctor referred to an endocrinologist. it says I low cortisol, low progesterone, abnormally low testosterone levels and high TSH? my symptoms are sudden weight gain (60 pounds over 5 months) (which has stopped, but does not detach), anxiety, tinnitus, brain fog, exhaustion, infrequent periods (from December) to name a few I also had Meniere's disease since age 7, which is the cause of tinnitus, it is common .. I was really stressed for the last 5 years and extremely so the last two years
sounds like hypothyroidism to me. see here the symptoms thereof. and it good that your doctor sent you to an endocrinologist. Many GPs do not want to admitt that your thyroid hormone levels are off there so you do not receive the treatment you need. if you have a doctor pretty impressive. http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/hypothyroidism-symptoms
