Tinnitus Vitamin E
I’ve been hearing an unending high pitch soft whistling sound near my right ear for the past few weeks.?
The ENT specialist had checked and confirmed that my hearing is normal and there are no cancerous growth in my nose and ear. It is likely a case of TINNITUS. He prescribed vitamin E to be taken for a few months.
Though this noise does not irritate me much, but it makes me a little uncomfortable.
Can TINNITUS be cured ?
To answer your question “Can tinnitus be cured?”, it depends on the cause. If caused by trauma, sometimes. If caused by infection, usually. If caused by hypernatremia or hypertension, usually. If idiopathic, and most cases are, then no.
Tinnitus is one of the most common ear complaints in the world. Join the club.
