help ive been daignosed with TINNITUS today!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
and im really upset about it ive been crying im only14 so thats the end of my life gone!!!!!if you dont know what it is go on youtube and type it in you can hear a sample. anyone hear that suffers from it what do i do?????

I started with it 20yrs ago and thought it was the end of the world. I was/am an audiofile (critical listening to music)so it was super important for me to hear the silences!
Well I never hear the silences ever now but I’ve gotten used to it. Occasionally if I panic myself it gets unbearable but as soon as I calm down and remember there is a psychological aspect to it I can cope again and soon I don’t even know it’s there – until the next time.
Some people I know have headaches with it but not me so I reckon I’ve gotten off lightly. Hopefully you won’t get headaches either and over time it’ll just be “one of those things”.
Relax and you’ll quickly come to terms with it!
