ultrasound tinnitus
7 year old girl, pounding in ear?

My 7 year old daughter is very petite for her age (3’6″, 41 pounds). I have had her checked out by a lot of doctors and they all say she is 100% healthy just genetically petite (I’m only 5’2″ myself).
Lately she has been complaining about her heart pounding in her ear. She says nothing else hurts and that it comes at random times.
She did have an Echocardiogram previously because her Dr. thought he heard an abnormal heart rhythm during a routine examination. The ultrasound came back fine.
I took her blood pressure at home and it appears to be in a normal range with 88/67, pulse rate 75. The average for her age, height, and weight percentile is around 92/55, pulse rate 70-100 .
Should I bring her into the Dr. for another checkup? Should I be concerned about this pounding in her ears or is it Tinnitus? Thanks!

My opinion–the Eustachian tube–draining the ear–sometimes has fluid in it–not draining well. When this happens-the heart beat is plainly heard. If this fluid stays in this tube and does not drain–and becomes infected–then you have ear infections and ear ache–but this does not seem to be the case.
